Do I need my phone nearby to see codes on my watch?

No! Once synced, codes generate independently on your watch.

What happens if I lose my watch?

Your secrets are encrypted. Without your watch's secure element, data cannot be accessed. Your phone app retains all accounts.

Can I use this without a watch?

Yes, the phone app works standalone as a full authenticator.

How do I transfer to a new phone?

Use the encrypted backup feature to export, then restore on your new device.

Is my data backed up to the cloud?

No. Your secrets exist only on your devices. Use the backup feature to create local encrypted exports.
